An eight-month-old Golden Doodle pulled his owner so hard on one walk that he twisted her back. After board and train he became a pleasure to walk, and her neighbors, and even strangers driving by, clapped when they saw the two of them working together.
Stewy was a seven-month-old Bichpoo who ignored his owner and played far too rough with the tiny senior Yorkie he lives with. He did the two week board and train with trainer Kasey, and his owner followed his progress through a video every evening.
Oliver and his owner completed eight one-on-one lessons with trainer Kasey. Her review is mostly about her own effort, which is the honest answer to when lessons are the right choice: they work if you do the homework between sessions.
Winnie was a seven-month-old mini Bernedoodle who had twice gotten loose, and who nipped at her owner and at guests. Two weeks of board and train with trainer Breanna, plus a long hands-on handover, left her calm and coming when called.
Henry was eight years old, on medication, and his owners were unsure an older dog could still be trained. Two weeks of board and train with trainer Breanna sent him home focused and confident, with sit, down, come, place and heel dialed in.
Thor pulled on the leash, jumped on his owner’s back and could not be taken into a store. Two weeks of board and train with trainer McKenzie, and daily video report cards for a nervous owner, ended all three.
Bo was a nine-month-old, eighty-five pound English Labrador who pulled his mid-sixties owners around like rag dolls. Two weeks of board and train with trainer McKenzie sent him home knowing every command and working completely off leash.
Dak was an eighteen-month-old Labrador who pulled through every no-pull collar his owner tried, ignored commands and jumped on everyone. Two weeks of board and train with trainer McKenzie left him walking off leash at her side in busy places.
